The people behind Peddler, Tamper and Depot Bakery have joined forces with Kollider Projects to create the 16,000 square foot Castlegate food hall on the upper ground floor of the former Co-op department store, inside Castle House.

Their first all day café is housed within Sheffield’s Millennium Gallery. Designed by architects Pringle Richards Sharratt, the building is a symphony of concrete and glass and the owners pride themselves on serving the people of Sheffield in such an iconic cultural institution.

They’re probably best known for their burritos but they also serve tacos and quesadillas as well as a whole range of gluten and dairy free options.
You don’t need to go all the way to Acapulco for flavoursome Mexican takeaway food. All their meals are made from traditional recipes worthy of the finest fiesta. At Street Food Chef, they’re passionate about serving food that makes you feel great, so they make sure not to add anything artificial, focusing solely on the use of the freshest of ingredients.
Street Food Chef’s range of chillis and salsas are packed with a punch as well as a range of authentic Mexicali drinks, including Red Pig beer, Jarritos, Desperado and more.
