Contemporary European, Bill’s, is hosting its very own pancake day celebrations with a pancake menu on that’s on the cards until the 10th March. Bill’s will be serving up both sweet and savoury pancake treats each day with their own unique flavour combinations for something a little different. From sweetcorn pancakes with poached eggs and avocado to their more tropical coconut ice cream and mango sauce pancakes, Bill’s takes pancake day to a whole new level. Oh, and you’ll be able to get the classics like lemon and sugar, too.

From the 1st to 5th March, Birdhouse Tea Bar and Kitchen’s pancakes will be back by popular demand. Three beautifully crafted plates of pancakes will be on offer for you to delve into. Choose from crispy chicken on herbed pancakes with sour cream and maple drizzle, classic vegan pancakes, a fluffy stack with coconut cream and blueberry compote or homemade chocolate nut butter with caramelised hazelnuts on signature sweet stacks.

This year, the Pancake Hanging Kebab is back at The Botanist. From the 5th March, you can enjoy their signature hanging kebabs with a pancake inspired-twist. Head to The Botanist this pancake day for a sweet treat that is fun and full of flavour, and with two sweet choices to choose from, you won’t be left disappointed. The hanging kebabs will include mini pancakes with chocolate sauce, and brownies or mini pancakes with candy floss lemon, a sugar dusting and strawberries. The only problem will be choosing which one to tuck into.
